What exactly is Pashmina ?

In the cold Himalayan Valley of Kashmir, the rare Changthangi goat produces a fine cashmere wool, known as Pashmina.
This wool, incredibly soft and only 12 to 16 microns thin, is hand-combed in Ladakh and expertly spun in Kashmir, where our partner Artisans craft it into beautiful shawls using centuries-old techniques.

Revered as “the world’s finest fabric Pashmina is celebrated for warmth, lightness and unmatched softness, with each shawl reflecting Kashmir’s legacy of traditional embroidery and weaving styles.
